1. Who We Are

artwerkx is operated by artwerkx Pte Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Aregius One Pte Ltd, located at 232 River Valley Road, Singapore. We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it with care, transparency, and respect. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. What We Collect

When you make a booking or enquiry through artwerkx, we collect the following personal information: full name, contact number, email address, booking details (date, activity, number of guests), any special requests you choose to share, and photographs or images captured during your session for promotional purposes. We do not collect payment card details directly — deposits are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used solely to confirm and manage your reservation, to contact you regarding your booking or enquiry, to send you relevant updates about artwerkx including promotions, new experiences, and event announcements (you may opt out at any time), and to improve our services and guest experience.

4. How We Protect Your Data

We take the security of your personal data seriously. Your information is stored securely and accessed only by authorised artwerkx staff on a need-to-know basis. We do not store sensitive financial data on our systems. Where we engage third-party service providers to process data on our behalf, we ensure they are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

5. Sharing of Information

artwerkx will not intentionally sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes. We may share your information only where required by law or where necessary to fulfil your booking (for example, with a payment gateway).

6. Retention of Data

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

7. Your Rights

Under Singapore’s PDPA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, withdraw consent for us to contact you, and request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond to all data-related requests within 30 days.

8. Children’s Privacy

artwerkx welcomes guests of all ages, including children. However, we do not knowingly collect personal data from guests below 12 years of age without the consent of a legal guardian. Where a legal guardian makes a booking on behalf of a minor, the guardian’s contact details are used for all communications. If you believe we have inadvertently collected a minor’s data without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take prompt steps to address this.
